On the ground floor:
The fully fitted and equipped kitchen for 4 adults, with microwave, multifunction oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and washing machine, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, a table and 4 chairs, an electric radiator.

The living room is a spacious room with a comfortable sofa, armchair, wood stove, satellite TV, free WIFI internet connection, books, games. An original wooden staircase leads upstairs.

Upstairs:
You will find a 1st bedroom with a large double bed (King size) that can be converted into two single beds, ceiling fan, blackout blinds and electric radiator.

The 2nd bedroom with a standard double bed, ceiling fan, blackout blinds and electric radiator.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a fully tiled shower unit, a toilet, bidet, sink, towel radiator and a hairdryer.

Outside:
The kitchen has two patio doors, one facing west towards the garden/courtyard and the other overlooking a covered, private and south-facing terrace with panoramic views of the Pyrenees. A table and 4 chairs are provided for outdoor dining, as well as a barbecue. Access to the private garden of the cottage through the back door of the living room.

Large swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with stunning views of the mountains, paved beach with sun loungers, a large umbrella and a solar shower. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the guests of the cottage.

Secure parking as well as secure storage space for bicycles.
